Terms & Conditions of Participation

In participating in Nutrition Systems WIN A TRAINING SESSION WITH KEVIN LISCH entrants must agree to the following terms and conditions:

• This competition opens on 25/02/2013 and the closing date for entry is 17h00 on 08/04/2013
• Entry is only open to contestants in Western Australia.
• To be eligible for entry you must have purchased any two Inner Armour Black product from any Supplement Mart store in Western Australia.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter this competition.
• The entrant acknowledges he/she is in a good physical condition to participate in a training session with Kevin Lisch.
• Nutrition Systems will accept no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery to Nutrition Systems due to any reason.
• The winner will be announced and notified by telephone on 12/04/2013
• All winners will be published on www.nutritionsystems.com.au and on Nutrition Systems & Supplement Mart’s Facebook sites.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within three days from announcement date then Nutrition Systems may award the prize to another entrant.
• Nutrition Systems decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Nutrition Systems reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breach any of the terms and conditions of participation.
• Nutrition Systems and Supplement Mart, including its employees or contractors, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries including death, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, injuries) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the training session.
• If there is any event beyond Nutrition Systems reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the training session with Kevin Lisch, then Nutrition Systems may in its sole discretion cancel the training session. Nutrition Systems may recommence the competition under the same conditions.
• Terms and conditions are automatically accepted by the entrant when entering the Win a training session with Kevin Lisch competition. Nutrition Systems may at its discretion refuse to award the training session with Kevin Lisch to any entrant who fails to complete with these terms and conditions of entry.

We collect your personal information so you can enter, and we can administer, this competition. Without your personal information we cannot enter you in the competition. Subject to some exceptions allowed by law, you may request access to your personal information while we store it. We will assess your request in accordance with the law and inform you why if access is denied.
