Terms & Conditions of Participation

In participating in Nutrition Systems Win An Exclusive VIP Night with 3X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath, entrants must agree to the following terms and conditions:

• This competition opens on 27^th February 2014 and the closing date for entry is 1700 hours AWST on 18th March 2014.
• Entry is open to contestants in Perth, Australia only.
• To be eligible for entry you must have purchased any MuscleTech Performance Series product(s) for the value of $100.00 or greater from a retailer were you find the contest being promoted in Western Australia.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter this competition.
• The entrant acknowledges he/she is responsible for his/her own transportation and accommodation during Win An Exclusive VIP Night with 3X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath.
• The entrant also acknowledges that he/she is required to collect the tickets in person from the Nutrition Systems Staff at the door the night of the event. ID will be required.
• Nutrition Systems will accept no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery to Nutrition Systems due to any reason.
• The winners will be announced and notified via SMS, email or phone call on the 19^th March 2014.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours then Nutrition Systems may award the prize to another entrant.
• Nutrition Systems decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Nutrition Systems reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breach any of the terms and conditions of participation.
• Nutrition Systems, including its employees, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries including death, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, injuries) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected to the Win An Exclusive VIP Night with 3X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath.
• If there is any event beyond Nutrition Systems reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of this competition, then Nutrition Systems may in its sole discretion cancel this competition. Nutrition Systems may recommence the competition under the same conditions.
• Terms and conditions are automatically accepted by the entrant when entering the Win An Exclusive VIP Night with 3X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath. Nutrition Systems may at its discretion refuse to award the ticket to a Win An Exclusive VIP Night with 3X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath to any entrant who fails to complete with these terms and conditions of entry.

We collect your personal information so you can enter, and we can administer, this competition. Without your personal information we cannot enter you in the competition. Subject to some exceptions allowed by law, you may request access to your personal information while we store it. We will assess your request in accordance with the law and inform you why if access is denied.
