Terms & Conditions of Participation
In participating in Nutrition Systems FitX Giveaway competition, entrants must agree to the following terms and
conditions:
• This competition opens on 1st March 2013 and the closing date for entry is 15h00 AEST on 6th March
2013.
• Entry is open to contestants anywhere in Australia.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter this competition.
• The entrant acknowledges he/she is responsible for his/her own transportation and accommodation
during the FitX expo and IFBB Australian Grand Prix Bodybuilding show, based in Melbourne.
• The entrant also acknowledges that he/she is required to collect the tickets in person from a Nutrition
Systems employee at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre during the morning of 9th March 2013. ID will be
required.
• Nutrition Systems will accept no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery to
Nutrition Systems due to any reason.
• The winner will be announced and notified via SMS or email during Wednesday afternoon, 6th March
2013.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours then Nutrition Systems may award the prize to another
entrant.
• Nutrition Systems decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Nutrition Systems reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe
the entrant has breach any of the terms and conditions of participation.
• Nutrition Systems, including its employees, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries
including death, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect
or consequential loss, injuries) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected to the FitX expo and
IFBB Australian Grand Prix Bodybuilding show.
• If there is any event beyond Nutrition Systems reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct
of this competition, then Nutrition Systems may in its sole discretion cancel this competition. Nutrition
Systems may recommence the competition under the same conditions.
• Terms and conditions are automatically accepted by the entrant when entering the FitX Giveaway
competition. Nutrition Systems may at its discretion refuse to award the tickets to the FitX expo and
IFBB Australian Grand Prix Bodybuilding show to any entrant who fails to complete with these terms and
conditions of entry.
Privacy Notice:
We collect your personal information so you can enter, and we can administer, this competition. Without your
personal information we cannot enter you in the competition. Subject to some exceptions allowed by law, you
may request access to your personal information while we store it. We will assess your request in accordance
with the law and inform you why if access is denied. A request to access, update or correct any information can
